Delivery and return

Please note that in our efforts to keep our distribution team secure during COVID-19, we face additional delays in processing shipments and returns. Transport

Stock items will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order, unless you stated otherwise when placing your order.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during holiday or promotional periods.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders at full price to the US (and Canada - $ 35).

Promo period

Please choose carefully, as products during the promotion period cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Free Standard Shipping is still valid in the US (and Canada - $ 35).

Please choose carefully as we cannot make any changes or cancel orders after they have been placed during the sale period.

Discount items cannot be purchased in conjunction with other discount codes or offers.

Return

We understand the importance of finding the perfect linen products for your home and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we will gladly refund your money so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.

We will gladly help you return an item if it is unused, unwashed, unmarked, or has been returned within 10 days of receipt. We offer a free return on all items at full price in the continental United States. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ask you to open the package as soon as you receive it as we cannot accept returns outside of the 10-day return window.

It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after arriving at our warehouse. This period may be slightly extended during the holiday and promotional periods.

Please note, if your return returned order does not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for a return and we will resend the order to its original address.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different color or size (unused, unwashed, unmarked), you can return the unwanted item and request a refund before purchasing the desired item separately. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for replacement items. You just need to issue and pay for the USPS (UPS, FedEx or DHL) label in both directions.

Defective product
